Wanted a deposit a couple of days after accepting my offer. Had not even sent my conveyancer the contract, and wasn't correct even when he did. I felt that he was waiting for a better offer right up until we settled. Was still advertising with ''under offer'' and the price I offered, up to the day before we settled.

Brad was friendly enough however didn’t find Dowling professional compared previous real estates we’d liased through. Average communication and service really. We’d exchanged on the property, paid the deposit however afterwards went to an open house and it wasn’t disclosed to any viewers that it was under contract and we could overhear discussions between the agent and ‘buyers’ and not once had they mentioned the house was under offer. This may be a way to rope more buyers in for other properties however don’t feel this is showing transparency to buyers and potentially wastes their time. No congratulations provided from the office when we collected the keys- so overall really mediocre at best
