Bradley, a long-time Sunshine Coast resident began his Real Estate career in 2010. The fallout from the Global Financial Crisis was still fresh and proved to be a significant milestone in Bradley’s career. High vacancy rates, excessive stock levels and an uncertain economic climate combined to create an environment that saw Bradley thrive. “It was a rough, it was clear after my first day that the only way to get results was to be disciplined with my time and strengthen every relationship I developed. A USC graduate, Bradley holds tertiary qualifications - Bachelor of Business (Management). Bradley also receives ongoing education through Coronis & REIQ. This assists him to offer correct advice to tenants and develop individual strategies for his investors and vendors. Brad was amazing!

Brad has been my rental agent for 2 years and was so easy to communicate with and was always available! I selected him as my selling agent as his rate was fantastic and he was great at keeping me in the loop as I don't live near my investment house!
