Braedy was fantastic the whole process. We tried selling under a different agency at the start of the year and really struggled to get engagement at the level we wanted. Braedy connected with local buyers and structured the property at a level which gained interested. He worked tirelessly to get the right buyers to the auction. We had constant updates and weekly planning calls which were seamless and easy to understand. Even the night of auction Braedy had a game plan and wanted all parties to feel the deal was fair on all sides. He went above and beyond and managed expectations throughout.
