Braiden worked very hard to achieve an excellent sale price for our mother's home. But for some minor issues arising from the building inspection, we would have achieved full asking price. He is an outstanding negotiator who works for the seller, no question about it. He did not at any time attempt to condition us for a price drop, working diligently to bring the buyer up to our expectations over a period of several days. He was definitely working hard for us as sellers, persistently and without being pushed. Braiden has a down to earth style, and is without pretence. He is absolutely reliable, honest and forthright. I am very satisfied with his service and wholeheartedly recommend him to prospective clients.
