Braithan was extremely enthusiastic , punctual and informative throughout the whole process of selling the house. The appraisal was easy for us to understand and the presentation of the marketing was very professional. We felt the valuation was realistic given the location and condition of the house. Braithan was very good at communicating developments during the sale process most of the time. We were approached about contributing money towards the cost of upgrading the meter box after contracts had been drawn up which meant that the sale price had decreased by $1000. I was waiting to hear confirmation of this offer from Braithan but was informed the next day by our solicitor. My only criticism would be that sometimes there was a lack of attention to detail concerning features of the house ie the number of smoke detectors, location of air conditioning remotes and muddy footprints left by plumber when fixing toilet cistern in the ensuite bathroom. Overall we were very happy with Braithan Lewis and Stone Real Estate securing us a very good price for the property in a very short period of time. Thankyou all very much !
