Totally happy with the experience of dealing with Brandon. At first I asked for his advice. He was not pushy in answering our questions. As it turns out, he knows his stuff. He is down to earth, polite, friendly and a easy to deal with. Given that I am 62 and not always pleased with what I see in the world today, Brandon gives me hope for the younger generation. You can bet if a run into him in a pub, I'll buy him a beer...or two. As for me and my beautiful wife, we are joyfully moving onto the next adventures of our lives.
We asked Brandon to see if he could achieve a certain $ figure for us and he was very quickly able to do so, with some well handled trouble shooting along the way.

Brandon had poor communication (we had to initiate every time) and didn’t really seem interested in working with us unless we asked. We had to call him after our two open homes and then he didn’t get back to us until 2 days later. Some communication he didn’t even respond to which was very unprofessional. Very disappointing and didn’t really inspire trust with us. Not really sure what his market knowledge was like.
Brandon was very knowledgeable about the market and answered any questions we had. His communication and professionalism was great and he was very helpful throughout the whole process.
Once we had launched the sale of our units onto the market we had a buyer within 4 days. Everything went smooth, so very happy.
