This was the first time our family had been involved in selling a house. This house has been the family home since 1960 with one owner. Due to circumstances, the house had to be sold. We had noticed that Ray White Baulkham Hills had sold many other houses in the streets nearby and for good prices. The whole process ran smoothly, we were updated each week via a zoom meeting as to what had occurred, follow-ups, what buyers thought were the good and bad points (no hiding from their comments) and the price.
