Maybe not number one, but the best.
When we were trying to decide on which agent to bring on to sell our house, we did what most people in our position would do. We got online, checked out who the top agents in our area were, and scheduled meetings with the top two. Our first meeting was with the #1 agent in the area. The presentation was amazing, they said and did everything right, and we felt like our decision was pretty much made by the end of the meeting.
My wife and I both kinda said to each other, “we’ll meet with the other guy since he’s already scheduled in, but yeah.. we’re pretty decided”
The other guy was Brandon, and I’m telling you, we did not expect to be changing our decision before meeting him. Throughout our meeting with Brandon though, we showed that his main priority in the sale of our house was us. While he might not have had the shock and awe presentation, it was obvious that he would be the agent that would go to work for us, and he proved that in spades.
Brandon is not only incredibly good at what he does, has a vast knowledge of the industry and our area, but was also available whenever we had a question or a concern, regardless of how small or trivial it was. We truly felt like we were a team with Brandon at the wheel, and at no point did we ever feel anything but informed, sure in our decision, and taken care of.
The result of our sale was amazing, but even if it was less than that, I would still be writing this review word for word the same.
If you’re looking for an agent who will sell it “fast’, Brandon might not be your guy. But, if you’re looking for someone who will get you the best price, regardless of how much extra work it means, you should probably schedule in a meeting with him.
First or second in meeting order, doesn’t really matter ;)
