We bought a house via Brandon and found him very helpful and easy to deal with. If you are considering selling with him I would say very good choice - he has an excellent memory and remembered who I was and what I was looking for after one home open. Some of the agents we’ve dealt with during this process have been horrendous- rude, dismissive, unresponsive. We weren’t in a hurry to buy and if a house was selling with an agent we didn’t like, it often meant we didn’t bother with the viewing.
