Brandon is highly professional, with an excellent insight into the pulse of the market. He took care to check in with us almost every day during the sales process, giving quick summaries of his observations from the open inspections, as well as providing help in organising other aspects of the process (e.g., liaising with the property staging company, communicating with the company processing the Form-1). His assessment of the reserve price was spot on. He suggested a sales strategy which turned out to be very effective, with the final price achieved at auction being excellent.
