I have had negative experiences with Eastern Suburbs real estate agents in the past. Some of them clearly carrying a large ego but I have had a really positive experience with Brandon & PPD. Super responsive from the first visit through to negotiations with the Vendor. Full transparency from the start which I really appreciate. Me and my partner live our lives through our intuition and we not only had a good feeling of the team assigned to the property of interest but we had good referrals in regards to their work and personalities. I didn't feel a favour towards us as buyers or the vendor it was very levelled ground and Brandon helped us close the deal and have a deposit on lock within 72 hours of when we first looked at the property. Moving forward selling or buying we will alway speak to Brandon and PPD first.
