We contacted Brandon to sell our house as we had seen that he had sold similar sized houses in our area. From the very start Brandon was upfront and honest with us about the price he thought he could get for our home based on what had sold in the area. He was friendly and relate-able and explained our options and made it clear that we were signing an exclusive sale contract (unlike another agent we dealt with previously). We were a little bit concerned that our house was priced too low in comparison to what is on the market but he insisted this will bring in competition and understood that we were hoping to get a price that is on the higher end of the range. He set up an open house within two days of advertising our property, then one more open house another two days later. Four days after that we had an offer at the very top of our range (3 offers in all) and the sale is now unconditional.
