Listing a property in VIC has been a stressful experience of late, in a market that's currently about as forgiving to sellers as Melbourne weather is to picnic plans. But Branko, as a trustworthy and experienced agent running our campaign, made the process entirely straightforward and delivered a great result. Being out-of-state, we needed complete service, and Branko delivered — providing detailed, expert guidance up front on a likely sale price, working with contractors to get the necessary preparations made to the house, and keeping us closely informed throughout the campaign. He called us after every inspection, including evenings and weekends, with detailed reports on who'd come through — buyer backgrounds, where they'd come from, and how serious a prospect they were — right through to auction. Because Jas Stephens had also been managing our property, Branko was able to easily coordinate with the tenants, with all the logistics covered for trades to gain access and so on.
