We purchased a house through Brayden and Buxton Real Estate. At all times, Brayden was easy to contact and very prompt when responding to questions. He was able to give us the information we needed regarding the vendor's wishes and the negotiations were honest and efficient. We felt confident and informed during the whole process. Follow up has also been excellent.

Brayden sold our property for a very, very fair price. He had extraordinarily good knowledge of the local market, and a professional approach, including excellent communication, from beginning to end. The property sold for 20% more than another agent quoted. Brayden was always confident about the price, and what he was selling. He actually sold it above our agreed price and we had more than one interested party. Brayden was respectful to our tenant which meant the property was presented well, and the disruption to the valued occupant was kept to a minimum.
