Brea was very easy going with me from the start which helped me make the decision to sell. She is patient and had such an open communication style; I didn't think that existed. Kept me well informed throughout the process which I liked. I would have her as my agent again.
Highly recommend Brea, very sincere and honest person, took us through the selling process with great knowledge, patience and consideration. She was also extremely helpful to find our new house to purchase.
Coming from a Real Estate Admin & Property Management background, I know a great Real Estate Agent when I see one - Brea fits this description perfectly. Her engaging personality combined with strong drive & dedication to client service won us over straight away. The whole auction process was faultless resulting in a great sale result. We cannot recommend her highly enough.!
Brea hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
