Bree (and Bhavya) was fantastic, she was a pleasure to deal with, went out of her way to make us feel special, and we believe the best deal for the seller and us (buyer), from the 1st Phone call after I found the house on All Homes with great details, photos, floor plans, to the Open Homes, Inspection, coming to our Solicitor for contract signing, updates during the settlement, the Ribbon on the door, Champaign and Chocolates (for the non drinker, bonus points), and the Keys personally delivered to us at the house. Bree is a shinning star. I also want to mention we felt pressured / harassed (Stalking) by the Ray White Concierge team, seems that they have sales target to meet, just like Insurance or Bankings pre the Royal Commission. Only Bree has saved this NPS score from a 0 rather then the 10 (wish I could score her higher)...
