With so many agents to choose from Brenda was the last one of five I "interviewed" and prior to the meeting I was set on using anither agent. Brendas personality and ideas quickly got her on par with the agent I was intending to use and then her transparency on fees and charges won me over. Brenda went above beyond my expectations once we signed with her making herself available almost 24/7 and she even picked up potential buyers for a private viewing. In the end the fact that Brenda is the owner of the company I felt she worked so much harder than any of the "chain" agents would have and at no stage did I feel pressure to not only accept offers but to reject them to allow for more open homes
