I feel I am in a good position rate Brendan as my wife and I engaged him after we were totally dissatisfied with the agent we previously engaged. His whole selling strategy was one which provided him control of all negotiations and subsequently he was the single point of contact with us. Other positives were: He did not recommend an auction whereas we were previously advised to do so. The advertising costs were 25% of the previous agent The OFI's were on the weekend, not midweek. He was always contactable.
