When we bought the house, we bought it from Brendan. He was so incredibly fantastic and personable as an agent, that when we decided to sell, there was simply no one else we wanted to use. Our first experience was a mixed one with McGrath! Was a great bunch of people involved during the sale process of the property, and all seemed very enthusiastic with their roles. Only concern came as we were dealing with 3 different parties which at times left us slightly confused as to who we should contact. Once we got to know the 3 they were helpful with our ongoing questions and came back to us in a timely manner. We received a lovely gift upon settlement and were congratulated by all parties of the sale. Once the property settled we had a very disgruntled property manager to deal with, which is somewhat a shame as it has left a bit of a sour taste on which was a previously a good experience. Unfortunately the Agent involved was not particularly helpful when trying to arrange collection of the keys and relevant documentation.
