Brendan helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communication and skills in the trade

Brendan Catanzariti from elders Griffith listed my house for sale and only being on the market for a couple of days, brendan was able to secure an offer in at asking price. With Brendans fast and affective advertising and sales skills this led to the sale of my house. Throughout the dealings Brendan was upfront and honest while prior to sale he shared some much needed knowledge on how to prepare my house, Brendan's professionalism is to be commended. Amongst it all Brendan and Elders Griffith also sponsored me in a charity fund raiser rally towards finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. So to sum it all up Elders delivered the set out goal in an record time whilst being punctual, professional and compassionate. I certainly will use Brendan Catanzariti in all my future endeavours and recommend to all. Good job.
