Brendan is a rare find. He is honest, hard working and an excellent communicator. He has an uncanny knack for remembering the smallest details of both buyers and sellers, as well as being personable, kind and always available. We would definitely use Brendan if we ever dealt with property in this area again- I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is such a breath of fresh air in the property market!
From my first phone conversation with Brendan, he was keen for the listing without being pushy. When I met with Brendan to sign with Buxton, he explained the sale process and documents in an easy to understand and professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from meeting at my office to calling after each inspection to update progress, keep me informed of offers and dealing with all parties.
