Our Family had the very good fortune to choose Brendan as our agent who sold my mother, Pat Bartlett's home in Mt Martha in 2019. I'm speaking on behalf of myself and three other family members when I write this review. Brendan displayed a warmth, an openness and honesty which instilled confidence and trust in us right from the beginning. He showed respect to Pat, who was very capable of making her own decisions, by taking the paperwork to the nursing home where she resided for her to sign. Brendan also took Pat out for lunch following the successful sale of her property. My mother's words are "as an elderly lady in a nursing home, he handled things beautifully."
