We decided to go with Brendan as l found him honest and more than reliable, he came to our house and we were not ready to sell but he took my number and rang every Friday like he said he would, he then came around and had a chat, and gave us realistic price for our home, he wasn't full of the sales talk, just said what he could get us, he got our house photographed on the Thursday and then put it on Real Estate.com.au at about 2.45pm Friday, we had an open house on the Sat Morning at 10am by Lunch time is was SOLD, We were over the moon and he has been great till the end.
