We found Brendan very professional from day one. His presentation was excellent and informative. He kept us up to date throughout the entire process. He handled himself well when faced with a difficult family situation. However I must say his manager nearly cost Brendan the contract with his overbearing in your face aggressive attitude. If not for Brendans friendly professional approach we would have gone elsewhere.
