Amazing! Brendan did everything he said he would. He did not overpromise and had the best knowledge of the property and its potential. He was professional and truthful. Communication was perfect, matching our expectations. We interviewed a handful of agents. Each gave a similar guide price, but Brendan was "realistically optimistic".
