I'd never met Brendan, but even our initial meeting, I could tell we were going to get on and he had his interest invested in selling my property. He personally rang me after every inspection day regardless on the result. He also rang if there where changes or updates. He was always positive about the sale and you could tell in his voice how passionate he was about his work and his clients.
