Brendan obviously was working for his vendor, as you would expect. As prospective (and ultimate) purchaser, we had yet to put our own house on the market. He guided us to an excellent agent in our area. Brendan kept us updated throughout - from when we put in our offer, through to purchase. He’s a down to earth bloke who I’d happily sell (or buy) with again.
