Assisted us buying our first property, very friendly and good service from Brendan and his team, we are very grateful. Few hiccups along the way and some poetic license taken from the Real Estate agents end with regard to the age and condition of key elements of the property which was a tad disappointing. Overall not a completely unpleasant experience but would recommend fact checking before answering questions about defects, age of renovations/updates etc. We are still very happy with the house and love our new property. When I first met Brendan I wasn't really sure of him. He seemed very busy and in a hurry. After speaking with him and seeing him a few times, I could see why he was like that was because he WAS very busy. He definitely knew the market and when I explained to him what I wanted he did his best to show me homes which would suit me. He had a good knowledge of the local area in which I was looking and steered me away from some areas for which I was grateful. He was very down to earth and honest. I found him to be very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I was able to call him any time to ask questions. I had trouble with the settlement agency and Brendan stepped in and contacted his builder to clarify the situation. I felt like I was being a nuisance but was never made to feel like one. He was very kind and understanding. After the sale, when some things were not working at the property Brendan dropped by and fixed them, minor things but nevertheless I didn't know what to do and he had to make a special trip to help me. His PA was very professional and competent. Totally onto everything that needed doing and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and often she had already attended to things or intervened on my behalf before I contacted her. The other office staff were very pleasant and helpful and endeavoured to sort things out immediately. A very good experience and felt as though my sale was important to them. They also made it very easy dealing with the vendors. I could certainly recommend Naked Edge to any prospective buyer or vendor.
