We met Brendan about ten years ago when he appraised our property in Darling Downs, that particular time we thought he was most arrogant and too confident in his approach-hmmm... :-) Needless to say on this listing we weighed up trying Brendan but stupidly chose another agent-one that did not disclose that there are no home opens on Sundays, which we found quite bizarre. So, we gave Brendan the benefit of the doubt, given that he advertises TRANSPARENCY- listing him in what has to be one of the most volatile markets we have known in 30 years. True to Brendans word he has been both totally transparent, forthcoming, honest, 100% effort and he sold our home on a Sunday! The Naked team also provide excellent service and outstanding communications. It is a shame that other Real Estate agents do not provide this level of service -our next property purchased through Centurion has to be the worst experience of our lives with dishonesty refusing to disclose information or even communicate!, however Brendan has been a massive support and given fantastic guidance and offered to help- out of his own pocket. Seriously in this day and age Brendan is a refreshing fair dinkum person and we highly recommend him and the Naked team and congratulate him dealing with the thousand emotions we threw at him! We also suggest that Naked lead the industry into providing greater regulations in the Code of Conduct of agents , providing buyers an information pack with an agent's Duty of Disclosure prior to signing any contract so that buyers can understand the whole legalities of what is involved with Making an offer, contracts -with a seven day pull out option-how settlement works- especially where buyers are at a huge disadvantage purchasing for the first time or after a long period of time.
