I have to say I’m confused about a couple of things, firstly after each home open we met on the driveway and I gave you the home open feedback from the day, then each week you got a report sent to you with the follow up feedback from the buyers that had come through the home open. I’ve checked my phone and we spoke 19 times in the 4 weeks you were on the market. As for the text messages, I only sent texts to reply to questions you asked via text.
Your first home open was on the 1st of May and your last home open was on the 29th of May and we sold it to the buyer who came through the home open that week. The three buyers that came for second viewings were all qualified. One had to sell in Queensland, which I informed you about before the viewing and they sold their place in a week but didn’t feel your home was suited to them as it wasn’t on a big enough block and had no pool so they bought a property in Banjup for $1,380,000. The second buyer again decided they wanted a bigger block and bought in Kalamunda for $1,400,000 and the third buyer actually bought your house.
As for the marketing, this is the first time you have raised this and we sent you an email before your home went live on the net and you didn’t say anything at the time. If you weren’t happy we would have had no issue redoing the photos. The cost goes towards premium listings on property sale websites like realestate.com and REIWA. On Realestate.com your property appeared in 123,580 search results, 4,828 people viewed the listing and 150 saved the property. On REIWA the property appeared in 15,712 search results, 1035 people viewed the property and 6 people saved the listing. The Facebook ad campaigns received over 17,000 views.
