Best realtor ever!

Brendan has been extremely helpful since the moment I put the property up for sale. This was a post break up piece of real estate that took a lot of time, persistence and tolerance! Brendan did all these things with enthusiasm and care, keeping in constant communication regarding interest, changes or questions about the property. His knowledge of the market area was extremely helpful, and though it sold below what I originally purchased, the goal was to SELL no matter the cost; and we got there eventually. Brendan was very clear that this is a buyer (not seller's) market and we got the best I could hope for in the end. Brendan was very considerate of my situation and despite the long distance and constant back and forth, made this sale so much less stressful than it could have been with any other realtor. @aprealty have been a wonderful company to manage my property - both rental and through the sale process.
