Great communication and fast sale
Brendan was friendly, knowledgeable and sold our house in a tricky situation with really good results. We had a tight deadline for our sale and Brendan got a good price for us whilst keeping us in the loop constantly. Even when the buyer went quiet and there were questions about their ability to get finance, Brendan went above and beyond to get us daily updates on where they were at. He's great at his job and really good to talk to, I couldn't recommend him enough!
