Being the first time I have dealt with Brendan, I found him to be friendly, courteous and totally professional. He has gone out of his way during the negotiations and settlement to ensure all my needs were met. My finances took a little longer then normal to finalise and it was only through Brendan's relationship with the vendor that they agreed to giving me two weeks extra before putting the house back on the market. Brendan has always been accommodating in regards to organizing access to the property for pest inspections etc and assisting promptly with any queries I had.
