After a year on the market with no serious interest in our property through another agent we changed agents to Brendan and through his knowledge and contacts he was able to locate a buyer before even marketing our property. This saved us advertising costs and made for a quick result which was a win for all involved. It's the 4th property we've sold through Brendan now and he'd be our first choice again next time.
