At the end of 2022 Brendan came to my property and gave me an estimate of what my property is worth. I thought at the time it was fair and close to what I thought it would be, he was courteous and straight forward and didn’t harass me to sell the property, I simply said I wasn’t ready to sell and I’d be looking at a date in the future to sell and I would call him, I spoke to him a couple times over the 12 to 18 months with just a small chat over the phone. So when it came around to sell the property I didn’t have second thoughts about calling Brendan.
