Very responsive and made a lot of effort to contact me regularly and follow up with trades for quoting works and potential trial buyers. Set up a WhatsApp to keep us updated and always responded very quickly. Understood the property and its challenges, was honest with feedback, listened and didn’t put the usual real estate agent pressure on me which was appreciated. Very personable and patient. Was professional and communicated well at the auction. Folllowed up with potential buyers and assisted in negotiating to a better final price than original auction offers. We would have liked a better outcome with the price but understand the current market and the property had its challenges, we we are happy it was sold fairly promptly.
