Brendan and Matt were our saviours when we had to leave an unscrupulous agent from Boronia that we were with for 4 months . The prior agent's marketing plan was a disaster (marketed house as a 4 bedroom when it is really a 3 bed + studio) so it got the wrong people to home-opens. As a result the house sat on market way too long before COVID when sales were still exvellent. It should have been sold, but after 6 weeks, the old agent was only interested in quick sales and stopped returning ours or potential buyer calls as he pursued faster/ easier sales, essentially dropping us without telling us. Months passed and our financial situation was turning dire so we had to move agents. Brendan and Matt took over, assessed our situation (by now COVID was taking hold) and they expertly marketed and sold iour housr in only a few weeks with an excellent price return. They gave excellent expert advice and through their local knowledge and showed us kindness and compassion at a very difficult time. They looked after our best interests every step of the way. Brendan's negotiating skills are top-notch and the fact that he is likeable and trustworthy serve him well in his people-oriented job. We highly recommend both Brendan and Matt.
