Brendan & Amy were fabulous! However, on day 1 of our unit being on the market I had a call from Sarah on an offer she had with “her” clients. It wasn’t what we were willing to accept on day 1, & said no to the offer. Much to her dismay. She was quite blunt & told me I need to keep in mind that times are hard!!! I’m sorry but the Belle team were working for me, not her clients. We were pleased that we didn’t have to deal with her again. Seriously, these are things that shouldn’t be happening . There is no place for arrogance & rudeness from anyone in any business. Brendan & Amy, on the other hand couldn’t do enough for us. They were just brilliant! Especially since we were selling my dear mother’s unit, who had just passed away. It is a tough time for our family & the compassion & care Brendan & Amy showed us was just amazing.

We had to use an Agent to bid on our behalf as we were returning from Melbourne and couldn't attend the Auction in person. Brendon was great, kept us informed and bid on our behalf.
