Brendan was lovely to myself before the contract was signed. He was never particularly polite to my partner though. However, his attitude changed after we had signed all the paperwork. He refused to open up a locked door to a reasonable size space on the property so that we could make sure it was clear before settlement day and told us we were overreacting when we said we would postpone settlement until this was opened. This was after we had repeatedly asked and been told he would bring the key to the next inspection.

Hi Madison - thanks for your feedback and I hope your enjoying your new home, however I think I will share some further information about your review. During the entire campaign I did not have a key for the cupboard, on the day of the final inspection you were advised of this and as soon as the key was in my possession I was able to open the cupboard for you and your boyfriend to re -inspect. The vendor was advised that any items in the cupboard needed to be removed prior to settlement which the vendor did complete. My interactions with both of you were professional at all times. I hope the renovations you had planned are going well and all the best for the future. Cheers BM
