I think Brendan worked well for the seller '(as your agent should)' securing them a good price along with being reasonable in the negotiation process. What has helped and impressed us most as the buyer is, now that the sale is done both Brendan and Lindsay have still been very helpful with property information requested by us, Brendan has also been able to organize access to the property on several occasions to measure for furniture, carpets and to check on a couple of things which has helped us immensely.
