To whom it may concern  I like to thank Brendan Walsh for his efforts in selling my property at Mulbinga street Charlestown. Brendan was able to sell my property so quickly and for my asking price. This is the second time Brendan has sold a property for me and both times so quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service, advice and professionalism.I highly recommend Brendon and the team at Creer property to anyone who is thinking of selling.  Thank you so much Brendan Walsh   Regards,  Sharon Nealon

You made purchasing a new home very easy.

Brendan not only got us a great price for our property he got it sold extremely quickly too. With us moving overseas before our property was sold Brendan not only presented our house the way I requested on open days, he kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, which made us feel extremely confident in his ability to sell our property. I highly recommend Brendan as an agent to anyone who wants a professional, honest and hard working person to get them the result they are after.

Brendan sold our house in a very professional manner with great insight and wisdom of the current market. He demonstrated his experience with thoughtful and productive strategic planning which got us a sale price that exceeded our greatest expectation. We highly recommend Brendan and Creer.

we approached 3 different agents but went with Brendan because of his knowledge and the way he presented himself to us. His very friendly but professional manner made us feel at ease, as it was our late mothers property. Brendan kept in regular contact with us to let us know what was happening and the sale went very smoothly. If I was to sell again, Brendan would definitely be the one I would contact.

We had Brendan sell our house in March 2016, he went above beyond all our expectation. The entire Creer Charlestown team were fantastic. Would recommend him and his team to anyone wanting a professional, friendly and approachable agent.

Brendon is an honest, hardworking salesperson. He marketed my property and got my wife and I a fair price. I will continue to use Brendon when and if the need arises and I recommend his services to all.

Brendan assisted both my husband and I in selling a block of land and separately our home....both were sold within the month. We could not have been more happy with how frank, honest and reliable Brendan was. Brendan was always available to us and was extremely patient with answering all our questions. We could not recommend him any higher to anybody that is interested in selling or buying a property. Brendan made the experience easy. Thanks so much Brendan.....your a legend! Cheers, The Frosts
