It is our first time selling a home and Brendan and James were honest with us about what needed to be done to help with the sale and what was not necessary. We felt comfortable and at ease along the way. Brendan and James sold our property promptly and achieved what we had expected. Brendan and James communication and care factor is above and beyond. We would have no hesitation recommending Brendan and James to anyone.

Total professional in all aspects real estate. Made the sale a pleasant experience with his honesty and integrity which in turn took all the stress out of the equation

I could not recommend Brendan highly enough; Brendan was extremely attentive, professional, honest and fast acting, producing above my expected outcome within a week. It is clear that Brendan and his team really care about their clients, making the sale of my first home completely stress free. I will definitely be returning to Brendan at Creer Property Charlestown with any futures sales.

Brendan and his team were very professional and extremely helpful. Recommend them thoroughly

We have used Brendan previously to sell our home so when it came time to sell our block of land we didn’t hesitate in using his services again. Our expectations were met and the process was effortless. Thank Brendan and the Creer team 👍

In a very sad and difficult time for our family after losing our mother Brendan and his staff made the sale so easy and stress free Nothing was a drama No issues at all Everything was done respectfully and professionally I’d recommend Brendan and his team to anyone i speak to that are looking at selling or buying Thank you so much Brendan and Creer Property I’m looking forward to working with you again

We highly recommend Brendan! We have just sold our first home and Brendan made the whole experience so stress free and took the time to explain everything to us and kept us in the loop at all times. He listened to what was important to us and understood that while price was important, a long settlement was also very important to us. Our property was sold in a week with the price and settlement terms we wanted. We will definitely go through Brendan for future sales and will recommend him to our friends and family.

During a very stressful time I found Jake to be very open & honest, he communicated with me almost daily during the whole process and was very considerate of my emotional attachment to my home. Jake was very professional in his approach but also showed a lot of empathy as well. I would highly recommend Brendan and his team in particular Jake to confidently sell your home.

My wife and I recently sold a property engaging Brendan and his team as our agent. We engaged Brendan due to the positive experince we had when purchasing a property which was most certainly the same when selling. Brendans experince, communication, guidance and approach given the property was tenated, always went above and beyond. We were kept informed throughout the entire sale, after each open home, buyer feedback and offers made. If you are looking for a dedicated, professional and results driven agent Brendan and his team will deliver. My wife and I were extremely happy with the sales result and highly recommend Brendan and his team at Creer Property. Thank you Brendan !

Brendan and the team at Creer made selling an easy process through a difficult time in the market. The team were professional, transparent and always made me feel like my property was a priority and valued my input as a client.

From the first inspection of my property right through to sale contracts being signed was an effortless process dealing with Brendan and his team. I could not recommend Brendan highly enough.

Brendan has supported my children and I in the selling of our home. Brendan ensured me he would walk this road by my side. He has delivered that with kindness, honesty and a high level of integrity. I have been made feel as though my dear friend has supported me along the way and would recommend Brendan and the Creer Property team. Thankyou Brendan for having my back!
