Having spent the last 2 decades running businesses, raising a family and purchasing, renovating and selling investment properties throughout Australia, Brendan White represents a ‘new breed’ of agent. He regards himself as a ‘client’s agent’ as opposed to a ‘buyer’s agent’ or ‘selling agent’ because he has the personal experience and the strong desire to help others realise their property goals, just as he has done successfully many times himself. He has gained valuable hands on experiences from land and property developments. Brendan has purchased and sold through private treaty, at auction and off the plan. He has also had extensive experience working with local builders and councils during his time in the construction sector. Brendan possesses the technical skills, networking skills, practical experience, real estate qualifications and the legislative knowledge, to help his clients buy and sell in today’s ever changing real estate market. A result beyond our expectations!!

We employed for the services of Brendan & Jason after watching Brendan pound the pavement week after week promoting the Barnett Real Estate name. After a 4 week auction campaign their hard work was rewarded with our home achieving a result beyond our expectations. Outstanding result

I was absolutely blown away by the result. The house was sold literally in the space of 1 week well above my expected price. Brendan's conduct towards me was impeccable and furthermore, his conduct towards all parties involved was also highly professional, could not fault it at all. He worked very hard, including long hours to make sure matters are addressed in time. I would not hesitate to contact Brendan again to sell or a buy a property.
