I cannot speak too highly of Brendon Allegri. I have not been able to view the property personally, and have had to rely on Brendon, and to a lesser extent my Forbes friend, to look at it for me. Whilst he is the Vendors'; Agent, he has been nothing but helpful and courteous to me from the outset, whilst also being professional and having the vendors' interests at the fore. Without his assistance, and his permitting to ask him questions, I would be at a great disadvantage. I cannot recommend him too highly.
