Brendon came on board after the home had been on the market for an extended period with very few Viewings , unfortunately the previous agent kept reducing the asking price as a way of trying to gain interest in the property. Brendon had positive feedback on what could be done to solve any negatives purchases may of had with the property & I had more viewings & interest in the property in the first month compared to over the entire contract with the previous agent. I found Brendon to be very professional & also very compassionate , making a rather difficult & emotional time after a divorce much easier for all parties involved .
