Brendon is a real professional, and a nice guy. He knows the area back to front and he's very focused on delivering the best results for his clients. Beyond my personal opinion, consider the numbers: we sold our apartment 2 weeks after an identical apartment in our building was sold, on a higher level. Ours went for $50k (10%) more. The difference was Brendon. The eventual buyer was a previous client of his - that says it all. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brendon again.
