After some extremely poor experience with other agents, I was extremely impressed to learn they were not all the same! Brendon was diligent in all of our dealings and went above and beyond to accommodate any of our requests and answer any queries we had. He was timely in all communications, and even whilst waiting on answers, he would not leave us waiting and keep us posted on any updates or delays he may have experienced.
