Brendon is a thorough and timely communicator

Brendon was assigned to us as sales agent and I found Brendon to be very good as a communicator. He was thorough, listened to my questions, and was able to coordinate contractors doing repairs, painting, carpeting, presale staging. He created a wattsapp group for timely communication across rental property manager, sales team, vendor, and then progressed to open home inspections and talking with prospective buyers. He ended up liaising with buyer, solicitor, conveyancer and me to get the sale.
