I have found Brendan to be thorough and well organised in my dealings with him during the sale, and lead up to the sale, of my home. he is clear, concise and prompt with his communications. It is obvious he is honest and has integrity. Brendan takes the time to listen, reflect on what the client says/ asks before he answers. At no time do you feel pressured or that control is being taken from you. I would recommend him to my colleagues, friends etc.
