After selling our home of thirty years in Inner-city Brisbane John and I were totally exhausted! We took ourselves to our favourite Holiday park over the NSW border @ Clarkes Beach Byron Bay and slept for two days straight! The day we arrived in Scarborough Holiday Park one week later, John had to set up our van site in 33o heat after just packing up in Byron that morning. After taking it easy for an hour or so , as we oldies must, I encouraged John to come out for a drive. At 5pm on Friday afternoon he did so reluctantly! Im not going to see any Real Estate agents today he remarked! Of course not dear I assured!! At the first agency we came to, Century 21 in Scarborough, John found our new house in the window. We met with Brendon the following day at a scheduled open house and had mixed feelings as there was heaps of work to restore this little Art Deco house to its former glory. Brendon was extremely helpful in every way to make the buying process as easy and stress-free as possible. He was helpful and very informative with the various Real Estate Contract issues and Council processes. Also, Brendon handled the delicate balance between buyer and seller with utmost professionalism. We highly recommend him and his team in helping others to find the right home for them with ease in what is usually quite a stressful situation.

Sorry this has taken so long have being so busy with new property, so much to do at times just don't know where to start. We want to Thank you for selling our home at 119 Anzac Ave, Redcliffe, you were the only land agent who saw the house how we did, after you gave us your appraisal, we went to 4 other land agents, they where way under your valuation of the house, and didn't have your enthusiasm, when you came to look at the house your insight of our home was amazing, you saw what we didn't even see, a possibility that maybe a business could go in there, you keep our spirits up when we didn't think we were moving, but you like a dog with a bone wouldn't give it up, we were surprised the house sold so quickly, but knew it was your dog determination that got our home sold, which sold for $65,000 more than if we went with another agent, we just can't thank you enough. Brendon worked very hard to sell my unit and to get me into a ground floor unit nearby. I had an offer that didn't go through but the eventual sale was $5000 higher so I know he worked for my best interests. If there was any questions I had, Brendon was very happy to help. Thank you again.
